🎙️ RPX Control: AI Police Radio Control

An add-on for RPX Road Safety. Talk to Control over your police radio and get vehicle and person checks read back to you, like a real UK control room.

🧩 Add-on: RPX Control is built to work with RPX Road Safety, which supplies tax, insurance, MOT, stolen and wanted markers and unpaid speeding fines. It also runs without Road Safety, but those checks need it.

🎙️ Voice checks

• “Control, run the plate 60 Victor Lima 33 X-ray Zulu”

• “Control, check this vehicle”: look at a car and the plate is read straight from it

• “Control, background check on David McDonald” or “Control, check the driver”

• Misheard plates are matched to the nearest real plate (O/0, I/1, S/5, a missed letter)

• No OpenAI key or paid API: speech recognition runs locally in the game

📻 Radio-aware

• Control replies on your radio channel: “Received. Stand by.”, then the result

• Only officers on the same channel hear it

• Control console (/aicontrol) with the history of checks on your channel

🚔 What Control reads out

• Vehicles: make and colour, registered keeper, driver licence, tax, insurance, MOT, stolen / wanted / seized markers, MDT BOLOs, keeper warrants and unpaid speeding fines

• People: date of birth, licences, criminal record, warrants and registered vehicles

• Works on NPC cars you’re looking at, through Road Safety

• Frameworks: QBox, QBCore and ESX, detected automatically

• MDT: tk_mdt and ps-mdt BOLOs and warrants, or the built-in tables

• Dispatch: stolen, wanted, BOLO and warrant hits can also create a dispatch call at the officer’s location, with LB Tablet, rcore, ps-dispatch, cd_dispatch / 3D, tk_dispatch, qs-dispatch, core_dispatch, redutzu-mdt or tk_mdt

• Voice: pma-voice
